From fishing a light, traditional waggler for silvers, to casting a 15g Pellet Waggler on a vast venue for big carp! The Aventus Range is designed to do EVERYTHING! Three piece, folding easily and neatly to fit in a Fusion Rod Holdall ready-made perfectly, with a casting weight up to 15g and line rating upto 10lb! The 12ft Float is incredibly light and balanced, with upmost power kicking in when needed for playing and landing big fish. A rod that really comes into its own on bigger or deeper waters, when that extra length helps you cast further and pick up line faster when fishing at distance. The soft top-end means that fine lines and hooks can be used without worry of hook pulls, but the rod has ample progressive power to land carp well into double figures with ease. The lightness comes from using High Volume Carbon Fibre, the very best Japanese materials, combined with the most modern rod-building processes. Aventus Float rods feature single leg top-spec Fuji guides, with extra durable Alconite rings. These are positioned on the rod strategically to allow easy flow of the line through the rings when casting, without worry of tangles or line sticking to the black in damp conditions. Another aspect adding to the lightness is the cutaway Fuji TVS real seat. When fishing a float, you’re often holding the rod for long periods, and having a real seat that is comfortable is vital. this features the blank of the rod running down through it, so you have ultimate feel and control of the rod. Plenty of personalised touches are present; a moulded EVA bespoke Guru butt grip, and the A-grade Armlock shape cork handle for ultimate fish-playing control. The fast action of the float rods enable rapid line pick-up, helping to hit bites even when fishing a long way out. A unique and key asset to the Aventus project is Zero 90 carbon technology. This process involves double layering carbon fibres in different ways from zero to 90 degrees. When cured, this gives rods combined longitudinal strength, recovery and crispness. The tubular shape of any fishing rod is deformed when compressed. Zero 90 technology enables us to control this deformation, preventing energy and accuracy loss, retaining the cylindrical structure to give more casting power and precision.
