Description

An essential item of kit for any predator angler, AXIA Bait Flags provide a secure way of holding baits onto treble hooks.

They can be used with both live and dead baits and help to prevent hooks tearing out of the bait when casting. These flags are also brightly coloured in red which helps to add a little bit of visual attraction to the bait, which can induce pike to attack.

When using semi-barbless hooks, bait flags are useful for helping you identify the hook point which contains the barb when getting ready to rebait.

To use them, firstly hook the treble hook through the tail or lip of the bait so that the point is exposed, then hook on the bait flag. The bait should be fixed between the bend of the treble and the flag.
