The PENN Battalion Solid Offshore Casting rod is perfect for not only casting long distances, but also to put some serious pressure on big fish.
Penn Battalion Solid Offshore Casting rod use Penn’s unique Solid Spiral Armor technology with reinforced spiral shaped fibres in the blank. This creates a blank with never-seen-before strength in a carbon rod.
Due to the high density of carbon, you still have a rod with great sensitivity which remains extremely lightweight.
Penn Battalion Solid Offshore Casting rod are rung with Fuji Alconite K-Guides and are set up for use with spinning (fixed spool) reels with Screw winch and EVA handles to suit.
The rod will cast and work a wide range of lures and can be used both in the UK and overseas.
